General Installation
- All fascias, bargeboards, and soffit systems carry relevant British Standard Kitemark and British Board of Agrement Certification.
- Fascia system thickness from 16mm to 25mm.
- Marine grade stainless steel fixings (Poly nails and screws)
- Choice of Round/Square Black or White PVC guttering.(Other profiles and colours POA)where applicable
- Downpipes included.
General Installation

- Complete removal of existing fascia, soffit, downpipes, and guttering.
- Remove eaves titles and insert Visqueen PVC membrane under existing felt up to the first batten(interlocking tiles)
- 10 year guarantee against faulty materials and workmanship
- Treatment of wet rot to rafter feet.
- Rafter feet strengthening /framing as required
- Seal against brickwork and windows with low modulus silicone.
- Box ends where applicable.

UPVC Fascia and soffit installation
.This is a photo taken of the fascia, soffit and guttering fitted over a bay window all by Kent Home Improvements.It was fitted 2005 and photographed in 2017 and it only needs a clean to look brand new but remains maintenance free.Nevertheless if it had been suitable for repainting it would still be dirty and probably need repainting now but this could be cleaned to make it look as good as new if need be.

A storm grey UPVC shiplap cladding installation with white bargeboards and soffit installed by Kent Home Improvements own carpenters in Birchington Thanet Kent
The work involved removing /replacing the old rotten battens, fitting a breathable weatherproof membrane and a ventilated starter trim for the new cladding that is fixed using stainless steel concealed fixings The specially finished drive coating was protected with Correx board and tarpaulins prior to the scaffolding being erected on additional spreader boards .The window were also protected with polythene sheets and tapes

It is quite common for double glazing salesman to sell only what their fitters are capable of installing and are not interested in other details that do not return a high profit.As a result the old rotten mouldings were left in place over the new installation. Although the wood may have suited the original bay when the bungalow was built you can see that finishing to them and leaving them in place did not look great and the rot present left them impractical to paint anyway.Kent Home Improvements
